Returns
We do not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered with, opened, or used. However, if the product is unused and the packaging is intact and in the same condition as received, the customer may contact us to initiate a return request.
If the customer has received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must email a clear photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery to:

Replacements
Replacements are applicable in the following cases:
- If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once the product has been delivered, no replacements will be accepted for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly-placed orders.

Shipping Charges
In case a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received, shipping costs for return pickup will be covered by us.
Pickup will be arranged within 2 to 4 business days from the customer’s location.
After successful pickup, the product will either be re-dispatched (delivery within 5 to 6 business days) or a refund will be initiated.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refunds will only be processed in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivery. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. If approved, the product can be re-dispatched within 24 hours after the returned item is received by us.
Time Frame: Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
Mode of Refund:
- Paid via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same payment method after approval.
- Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed through NEFT to the customer’s bank account. In such cases, customers must provide the following bank details:
- Account Holder’s Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- Branch Name
- IFSC Code
- Contact Number
